Welcome to Ranksponsive! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.ranksponsive.com (“Website”) and the services provided by Ranksponsive (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Website or services.

1. Services

Ranksponsive provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

✔ Content Marketing
✔ SEO
✔ Email Marketing and Automation
✔ Website design, development, and integrations
✔ Social media management
✔ Consulting, advertising, and additional software-related services (upon request)

The scope of each project will be outlined in a separate agreement between Ranksponsive and the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth collaboration, clients are expected to provide:
✔ Brand guidelines, content assets, and any necessary materials
✔ Access to analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
✔ Access to other marketing or project management tools, if required
✔ Access to their website’s CMS or hosting platform, if required

The necessary resources will be defined and requested on a case-by-case basis, and specified in the agreement between Ranksponsive and the client. If these resources and access are not provided, Ranksponsive cannot be held responsible for any limitations in project execution. 

3. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Ranksponsive offers flexible pricing structures, including:
✔ Fixed-rate pricing for defined projects
✔ Retainer-based agreements for ongoing services
✔ Custom pricing per project, based on scope and agreement

Refunds & Cancellations:

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • In cases where a project is terminated by the client before completion, a prorated refund (if applicable) may be issued at our discretion.
  • If services are discontinued due to a breach of these Terms, no refunds will be provided.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Clients receive full ownership of all content, strategies, reports, and deliverables created by Ranksponsive once payment is completed.
  • Ranksponsive reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Any third-party tools, plugins, or paid software used during a project remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their licensing terms.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • Both parties agree to keep any confidential business, marketing, or proprietary information private.
  • Ranksponsive follows industry best practices to protect client data but is not responsible for security breaches outside of our control (e.g., third-party system vulnerabilities).
  • Data collection, processing, and usage are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ranksponsive strives to deliver high-quality results, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., search engine rankings, sales increases). We are not liable for:
✔ Third-party algorithm changes affecting SEO performance
✔ Client-side modifications impacting our implemented strategies
✔ Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services

7. Service Termination

  • Clients may terminate their services with a 30-day written notice.
  • Ranksponsive reserves the right to terminate a contract if payments are not made, the client violates these Terms, or in case of uncooperative behavior.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
✔ Natural disasters, pandemics, or extreme weather
✔ Power outages or internet failures
✔ Third-party service disruptions (e.g., Google algorithm updates, CMS failures)
✔ Government regulations or legal restrictions

9. Media Attribution

Some images, graphics, and videos used on this website are sourced from Freepik and are used under the terms of their license. All such content remains the property of its respective creators and is used in accordance with applicable licensing agreements. We make every effort to ensure proper attribution and compliance with usage terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

We work with international clients, and any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, with legal proceedings handled in a mutually agreed jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. Any modifications will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
